We always recommend using your Hernon™ alongside regular checkups with your doctor and comparing your home readings with your doctor's equipment periodically to ensure consistency. For medical diagnosis always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The cuff should fit snugly but comfortably — not too tight and not too loose. A good rule of thumb is that you should be able to slip one finger underneath the cuff once it is on your wrist. Position the monitor one finger width above your wrist bone for the most accurate reading. The soft flexible material adjusts easily to fit wrists from 4.92" to 8.46" (12.5cm to 21.5cm).

Switching between users is quick and simple. Press the MEM button on the device to toggle between User 1 and User 2 profiles. Each user has their own separate memory storing up to 120 readings independently — so your results and your partner's results are always kept completely separate and never mixed up. Perfect for couples and families managing their health together.
